Elektra thanks you for your order but does reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time.
As a Wisconsin based company, we will only be charging tax to orders shipped within Wisconsin.
Elektra offers Free shipping on all online orders over $49.00. Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or any international destination.
Fixtures that need to be shipped through a Freight Company do not qualify for Free Shipping. A person must be available to sign for delivery and are subject to a 15% minimum freight charge.
Orders take approximately 1-3 weeks for delivery. Elektra does not guarantee delivery times. If an order is temporarily out of stock or “back ordered”, please contact Elektra at 414-257-1300 for updates.
If the box is damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier or make sure when signing the shippers’ proof-of-delivery slip, include a note stating the package appears damaged. If you accept a damned shipment, inform us and the carrier (UPS, FedEx, ect.) immediately. Depending on the product and where/how it was shipped, it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier yourself.
If you receive a defective product, please contact Elektra within 14 days to receive a replacement. Do not ship the product back to Elektra without contacting us for return instructions.
To return a product, IT MUST BE IN ORIGINAL BOX & PACKING MATERIAL. The returned product must be BRAND NEW, NEVER INSTALLED. The manufacturer does charge a 25% restocking fee + shipping costs to return. Your original shipping charges will not be refunded, if applicable. Orders returned after 14 days or without approval will not be accepted.
All products sold by Elektra are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you find your product to be defective, please call 414-257-1300. We will not be liable for installation fees of any kind.
